D50 Members and spouses/partners/guests are invited to an in-person Social, Luncheon & Membership Meeting in Moncton, New Brunswick, on June 14, 2023.

This is your opportunity to register, and, in doing so:

• Participate in our first D50 In-Person Event in New Brunswick
• Connect with fellow D50 – Atlantic RTOERO members
• Learn more about how to protect yourself from online threats and delve into good cyber security tips for Older Adults and how to find useful resources & information available at both the RTOERO  & D50 websites

Cost: A $20 per person (i.e. members, spouses, partners, guests) registration fee is required. This payment may be submitted via Credit Card or Cheque.

Note:

1. The luncheon will consist of a full, hot buffet, including dessert. Entries will be grilled chicken and salmon and there will be some vegetarian & gluten-free selections as well. If you have specific nut or food allergies, please note that on the registration form.
2. If you complete the registration form, submit your registration fee(s) and attend this event, the deposit payment is non-refundable.
3. If you complete the registration form, submit your registration fee(s) but then do NOT attend, the deposit payment is non-refundable unless you notify Bill Otto at [email protected] of your inability to attend by June 9^th, 2023 at noon.
4. A D50 member who drives their own vehicle to attend this event, may submit a completed expense form for kilometerage (@ $0.68 per km) up to a maximum of $ 75 at the event. No other expenses will be eligible for reimbursement. Paper copies of the expense form will be available at the luncheon or can be printed electronically <here>.
5. Spaces at the luncheon are limited to the first 125 registrants, so please do not delay in completing your registration form as soon as possible.

Rooms & Parking:

If you would like to stay at the hotel on June 13^th or June 14^th (or both), you are responsible for booking your own accommodations.

There is a special discounted $9 parking fee plus tax onsite at the hotel for the day of the luncheon for RTOERO members which if included on your expenditure form will be reimbursed.

Please call Hyatt Reservations 1-888-492-8847 to secure your accommodations, if needed. A credit card will be required by the hotel to guarantee your hotel reservations.
